Effective 9 October 2026 · Last updated 9 October 2026 These terms are the agreement between you and Naiiman, operated by Gabriel Chammas, Beirut, Lebanon. They apply when you use this website (naiiman.app) or its waitlist, the Naiiman booking app at app.naiiman.app, or the messages we send you. By using Naiiman you accept them. How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Policy. 1. What Naiiman is Naiiman lists barbershops, hair salons and beauty studios in Lebanon and organises appointments with them. We are not the shop: the service itself, its quality and its price are the shop's responsibility, and you pay the shop directly, in cash or by Whish or OMT. Shops are responsible for keeping their services, hours and prices accurate. 2. The waitlist Joining the waitlist on naiiman.app means we may contact you when Naiiman opens in your area or, for shops, about listing yours. It does not guarantee a launch date, a place on the platform or any particular service. Give us a number and email address that are yours. 3. Your account Customers sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp or by SMS. Shop owners, team members and administrators sign in with an email address and a password. Give us true details, keep your sign-in secure, and do not use someone else's number or account. 4. Bookings and cancellations You agree to arrive on time, or to cancel before the shop's cancellation window closes. Cancelling after that point is recorded as a late cancellation. A shop may also enter a booking for you from your phone number alone. 5. No-shows If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the shop may record a no-show. Each shop sets its own limit and how long a block lasts, within limits set by Naiiman. When you reach a shop's limit, your account is temporarily blocked from making new bookings anywhere on Naiiman, and we tell you when the block starts and when it ends. Only appointments you booked yourself count towards the limit: a no-show on a booking a shop entered for you stays on your record with that shop but cannot block you from booking elsewhere. A block does not cancel the bookings you already have. 6. Messages we send By signing in, booking or joining the waitlist, you agree that we may message you about it on WhatsApp, by SMS or by email: sign-in codes, booking confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, account notices, and launch news for your area. We do not send advertising from other companies. In the app you can switch booking messages from WhatsApp to SMS; for waitlist messages, ask us to stop and we will. Standard message and data rates from your mobile operator may apply. 7. Reviews and photos Reviews must be honest and about a visit you actually made. Reviews can be flagged, and Naiiman may hide a review or photo that breaks these terms. Your review is shown publicly with your name. Shop owners must only upload photos they have the right to use. 8. Suspension Naiiman may suspend an account that misuses the platform. A person makes that decision, you will be told the reason, and you can write to support@naiiman.app to contest it. You can stop using Naiiman and delete your account at any time from your account page. 9. Availability and liability We try to keep Naiiman running but may take it offline for maintenance, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Naiiman is provided “as is” and “as available”. Naiiman connects you with shops; it does not provide their services. To the extent the law allows, Naiiman is not liable for the service a shop provides, for a missed, late or cancelled appointment, for a dispute between you and a shop, or for any indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use Naiiman. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Lebanese law does not allow to be limited. 10. Changes, law and contact We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by message before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking to us first, it goes to the competent courts of Beirut.
